Throughout our entire time working with Gail, we knew were in good hands! We are grateful that God provided us the opportunity to work with her and her team. Having a home birth may be an uncertain experience; however, with Gail's help the entire process was a beautiful miracle. Gail provided valuable advice throughout the entire process--We were particularly impressed and grateful for her intuition and skill as we started the laboring process. It was important to trust her--and when we did, we found every direction (e.g., move this way, go in this position) to be exactly what was needed to facilitate a smooth delivery. The trust was reciprocal; She respected our decisions which we appreciated. Though we will not be in the area for very much longer, if we were to remain, we would welcome the opportunity to work again with Wise Women Health Care. We highly recommend the team.

I am so grateful for Gail and Lena! I started seeing Gail about a year and a half before our home birth of our first born. She cared for us through a season of pregnancy loss before becoming pregnant and delivering last year. Her care was unmatched to anything else I’d experienced. Gail is knowledgeable and confident, but also humble and attentive. We trusted that she truly cared about us and our baby. Our prenatal care with her was superb, personalized, and professional. During the birth, Gail’s expertise and experienced really showed through. I felt safe and secure throughout the whole experience because of the care that she provided. The birth was beautiful, peaceful, and redemptive. The postpartum care I received with Gail and Lena was so much more involved and sincere than I ever could have asked for. From lactation questions to emotional check-ins to making sure I was sleeping okay- I always felt like I had someone i could count on. I can't recommend Wise Women Healthcare enough. Gail and Lena are doing beautiful work. If you are considering choosing them as your care providers for your pregnancy and/or birth, you will feel safe, empowered, and well taken care of.
